AI help center that answers directly instead of listing titles

About

Chat.sh is an AI-powered help center that answers user questions directly and shows which page it used. The builder was a longtime Intercom customer until its search broke, so he built a better alternative.

Knowledge goes in once — articles, links and files — and appears in three places: the help center, a chat messenger widget, and markdown you hand to an AI assistant. All answers come from the same source.

Custom domains cost a one-time $399 with no subscription. The free tier covers 50 pages and 100 AI answers per month, no credit card required.

The tool focuses on simplicity: no numeric IDs in URLs, the slug is the title and you can change it. Each article draws its own preview card, so a link dropped in Slack arrives as the article rather than your logo.

Why we picked it

Chat.sh solves a familiar problem: help centers that list titles instead of answering. This one answers directly and shows the source. Fair pricing — $399 one-time, no subscription — and a clean, simple concept.
