Arabic.AI secures strategic investment from Saudi Arabia's HUMAIN

Arabic.AI has secured a strategic investment from Saudi Arabia-based HUMAIN, a PIF company, as part of a partnership to expand Arabic and multilingual enterprise AI solutions in Saudi Arabia and international markets. The investment value was not disclosed. Founded in the UAE in 2008 by Nour Al Hassan, Arabic.AI provides enterprise language technologies spanning translation, document intelligence and Arabic AI, while Tarjama brings more than 18 years of language technology and enterprise delivery experience. The partnership combines Arabic.AI and Tarjama's language technology with HUMAIN's AI infrastructure, computing capabilities and advanced models. The collaboration will initially focus on three areas: an Arabic-first translation management system (Cleverso), an archive digitization engine for legacy documents, and document intelligence agents that read, check and draft contracts, tenders and filings. Tareq Amin, CEO of HUMAIN, said: 'Arabic remains one of the most complex and important languages for enterprise AI to serve effectively. By combining HUMAIN's full AI stack with Arabic.AI and Tarjama's deep expertise in Arabic language technology, we intend to give organizations more capable tools.' The first solutions are set to be unveiled at LEAP 2026.
