Zown is an end-to-end home-buying platform that uses AI to handle the steps a buyer would otherwise coordinate across a lender, an agent, and a search portal. It runs affordability checks, moves buyers through pre-approval, surfaces relevant listings, and predicts how an offer is likely to land.

Its model redirects money that would normally go to a buyer's-agent commission, up to about 25,000 dollars, toward the down payment instead, lowering the cash needed to buy.

It is aimed at home buyers, especially first-time buyers, who want a guided, lower-cost path to purchase. It currently operates in Canada.
