SpeechShield is a native Mac app that listens to your Zoom, Meet, or Teams calls and transcribes each question as it is asked. When the speaker pauses, it shows talking points built exclusively from your resume and the job posting you uploaded, or from proposals and price lists for client meetings. If something is not in your materials, it says so instead of making it up.
Three modes: Interview Copilot builds answers from your resume and job posting, Meeting Copilot draws from proposals with source citations on every line, and Live Translation provides captions in 13 languages. A phone viewer lets you pair by QR code and read talking points without installing anything.
The overlay stays out of screenshots, recordings, and screen shares. History is AES-256 encrypted on your Mac. The free plan works with your own Claude Code, Codex, or OpenAI key. Pro and Max plans include hosted AI.
