Run your coding agent from your phone, with voice

About

Sled lets a developer run their coding agent from a phone using voice. Coding agents need frequent input, and when the developer steps away from the desk they sit idle; Sled gives a voice interface that connects securely to the local agent over Tailscale.

The code never leaves the machine: the developer talks, the agent works locally, and the result is read back. It works with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and the Gemini CLI, and is fully open source.

It is aimed at developers who run agent sessions and want to keep supervising and unblocking them by voice while away from the keyboard, without their code touching a cloud service.

Why we picked it

Sled earns its spot for the Tailscale connection specifically — voice input from a phone reaching a coding agent that still runs entirely locally, code never leaving the machine, is worth naming against cloud-based voice coding tools that trade that privacy away.
