Sente
A coding agent you talk to with your own voice
Visit website →About
Sente is an open-source coding agent you talk to with your voice, in your terminal or on your phone. Instead of typing commands, you register your voice in about 10 seconds, then speak requests naturally and hear replies in your own cloned voice — not a generic TTS.
The platform supports 404 models on one account: Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, and more. Switch models per task without rewriting code, since the interface is OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible.
Built in Tokyo with JPY billing, MIT-licensed on GitHub. Voice processing runs on-device — nothing is recorded or uploaded. The command te privacy shows exactly what leaves your machine.
Free tier with monthly credits; top up if you need more. Voice cloning requires your own consent and recording — the tool never clones anyone else's voice.

Why we picked it
Talking to your coding agent instead of typing is still a novelty, but Sente makes it practical. Switching between 404 models without reconfiguration is genuinely useful. Most importantly, the tool is transparent about what leaves your machine — rare in AI tooling. Built in Tokyo with local billing, adding geographic diversity to a catalog that leans heavily Western.
