Sahehly
Arabic proofreading with three tashkeel modes, from Sakhr Software
Visit website →About
Sahehly is an Arabic proofreading tool from Sakhr Software, one of the oldest names in Arabic-language computing. It corrects spelling, grammar and diacritical errors in Modern Standard Arabic — the language of media, education and official documents — and deliberately leaves dialects and colloquial speech out of scope.
Its distinguishing feature is control over tashkeel. You can apply full diacritization, case-ending marks only, or just the mandatory marks needed to avoid ambiguity — a distinction that matters for educational, religious and poetic text and that no general-purpose AI tool offers.
Sahehly runs on the web, as a Chrome extension, and as iOS and Android apps. The free tier covers up to 1,500 characters a day; paid plans raise the monthly limit to 107,000 characters and accept regional payment methods including bank transfer.

Why we picked it
Tashkeel is where almost every AI tool guesses. Sahehly is the only one we found that lets you choose how much diacritization you want — full, case endings, or mandatory only — which is exactly the control teachers, editors and religious-content publishers need. Built by a company that has worked on Arabic text since before the web.
