Relaticle is an open-source CRM designed agent-first from the ground up. Instead of bolting AI on, Relaticle builds a complete experience where agents work with your real data at two distinct trust levels.
External clients — Claude Desktop, Cursor, any MCP client — authenticate over OAuth and write directly through 37 first-party tools, just like an API client. The in-app assistant is stricter: every write it proposes becomes a card showing the exact change, and a human approves or skips it record by record before anything lands.
Everything self-hosts under AGPL, including local inference via Ollama. Custom fields in each workspace show up in agent schemas automatically. Free forever self-hosted; cloud pricing is flat per-workspace, not per-seat.
