Paca is a free, open-source project management platform built for Scrum teams where humans and AI agents collaborate as equals on the same board, the same sprints, the same goals.
Agents are assigned to sprints, appear on the Scrumban board next to humans, and update task status in real time. No separate AI workspace, no bolted-on assistant.
