Ops AI by Middleware is an observability assistant that helps engineering teams find and fix production problems. It watches across data sources, including APM traces, real-user monitoring, and logs, correlates signals into a likely root cause, and points to the specific code or configuration involved.

For many issues it can propose a fix and open a pull request in GitHub directly, so the path from alert to remediation is much shorter than manual investigation.

It is aimed at on-call engineers and platform teams who want faster incident resolution and less time spent piecing together dashboards during an outage. It works within Middleware's observability platform.
