MosMos
Voice typing that adapts to your context across every Mac app
Visit website →About
MosMos turns your voice into text that matches the situation. Speak in a chat and it writes casually. Dictate an email and it tightens the tone. The tool detects which app you're in — Lark, WeChat, email, terminal — and adjusts its writing style automatically, with three refinement levels from raw transcript to polished draft.
Beyond single-speaker dictation, MosMos handles multi-speaker meetings. Press Fn+Shift to record, and it transcribes continuously, identifies who said what with timestamps, then generates key takeaways and to-do items with assignees and due dates when the meeting ends.
A personal glossary remembers your specialized terms after you add them once. Free for Mac on macOS 15+, with Windows and iOS coming soon.

Why we picked it
Most voice tools give you a raw transcript and call it a day. MosMos goes further by adapting tone to the app you're in — casual in chat, formal in email — and its meeting mode with speaker identification and auto-generated action items fills a gap between dictation tools and full meeting assistants like Granola.
