Maildun is an agentic email builder that runs natively on macOS. Built with Tauri 2, React 19 and shadcn/ui, it offers three ways to work: manual design via drag-and-drop editor, AI-assisted design using your own API key (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok), or design over MCP where Claude Code, Codex or Cursor can create and edit emails directly.
Maildun includes workspaces per client or product, with brand kits that work like shadcn/ui for email: button styles, shapes, sizes, image corners, cards and dividers. New designs start on-brand automatically, and an "Apply brand" button restyles existing emails in one click.
Media uploads to your own Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3 bucket, with automatic conversion to WebP. Designs can be published to maildun.com as public templates or drafts.
