Debug production without redeploying, straight from your coding agent

About

HyperProbe is an AI-native production debugger that removes the add-a-log, redeploy, wait loop. It places read-only virtual breakpoints on running code and captures the exact variable state during a live incident, without a code change or a restart.

It is built for coding agents. Your agent drops non-blocking probes into a running service straight from the IDE, HyperProbe sanitises the captured state, and the agent gets real runtime evidence instead of flat logs. Under the hood it binds async listeners to the runtime engine, using the V8 Inspector API for Node.js and bytecode instrumentation for the JVM, so the event loop never pauses.

The free plan covers one service with unlimited probes and captures. Paid plans add history, shared workspaces, and self-hosting. HyperProbe is built by a San Francisco team backed by Y Combinator.

Why we picked it

HyperProbe made the cut for removing the add-a-log-redeploy-wait loop specifically — read-only virtual breakpoints capturing live variable state without a restart is worth naming as a real change to how a production incident actually gets debugged, not just a faster log viewer.
