Emdash is an open-source agentic development environment (YC W26) that lets you run multiple AI coding agents side by side from a single desktop app. Spawn Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Gemini, and 25+ other agents simultaneously, each in its own isolated git worktree.
Each session runs in a clean working directory so agents never step on each other's changes. When a session finishes, Emdash surfaces the diff inline and lets you merge, discard, or open a pull request — without ever leaving the app.
Emdash is free and open-source under the Apache 2.0 license, available for macOS, Windows, and Linux. It is provider-agnostic: swap models without changing your workflow.
