Chargeflow Prevent

Chargeflow Prevent is a fraud-prevention platform for e-commerce that works after a transaction has been placed. It targets the kinds of loss that traditional fraud screening misses: friendly fraud, where a real customer disputes a legitimate charge, return abuse, and bot activity.

It uses actor-based analysis to identify the person or entity behind an order, a shared fraud network across merchants, and a transparent Digital Score that shows the risk on each transaction. Setup is plug-and-play.

It is aimed at small and mid-size online merchants who are losing revenue to chargebacks and abuse and want protection that does not require a fraud team or heavy integration.
