BOSS Console
A tiny OS that gives always-on AI agents a place to work with real tools
Visit website →About
BOSS Console from Risa Labs is an open-source tiny operating system designed specifically for always-on AI agents. It gives the agent a shared workspace that includes a browser, terminal, and text editor — and you can watch what the agent does and step in at any point.
The platform supports multiple agents like Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, and OpenCode, or you can create your own agent via Fluck Agent. Additional tools can be added through MCP plugins, and you control which BOSS tools each agent can access.
It runs on macOS, Windows, and Linux, stays running on a machine that remains online, and you can reconnect to your sessions from any other device. The project is fully open-source and available on GitHub.

Why we picked it
Most agent tools focus on a task then shut down. BOSS Console flips that model: the agent lives in a persistent environment with real tools while you watch it work. The shared-browser concept — you and the agent on the same page — is genuinely novel, and being open-source means the community can build plugins.
